Hi, my name's Paul and I’m the creator of Lifespan Blueprint.

I built Lifespan Blueprint after years of researching longevity, healthspan and performance — not as a doctor or influencer, but as someone who wanted clear, science-backed answers without hype or extremes.

I'm a keen sportsman and have always been interested in nutrition and lifestyle tweaks that I can make to give myself more energy, recover better and give myself the best chance of a healthy future.

Like many people, I was frustrated by how confusing the health space had become.
